  • Ref:00361777 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs.

There was a fault with the electrical supply earlier this year which appears to have been fixed in March. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

  • These lights are still not working and make this walk very unsafe, especially with pushchair and small children. Nothing has been done to resolve in over a year.

  • Good afternoon,

Due to the fault being caused by a cable fault, it has delayed the contractors to come out. I will forward this on to see if we can chase it and come out as soon as possible.

    Thank you
