Cars driving on the pavement due to Lorry deliveries to John Allen Centre

Reported in the Roads/highways category by John Kentish at 20:38, Mon 4 November 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later

On two occasions in the last month i've witnessed cars mounting and driving along the pavement in order to avoid lorries leaving the John Allen Centre heading back towards Church Cowley Road. On both occassions this was at school-run time and children were using the pavement heading towards St Greggs school. This is really dangerous for people using the pavement and I feel it's only a matter of time before there's a serious accident. Can the council either remove the parking from this stretch of Rymers Lane, or at the very least restrict delivery times at the John Allen Centre to avoid the school run?
