Ref:00361037 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

Thank you for your report. unfortunately, we have come across a backlog with our street lighting reports, this has caused a delay for our contractors to come out and repair. I apologise if this has caused any inconvenience and we are working to come as soon as possible. Thank you OCC

New street lights installed in road, this light was not working before, and is still not working despite being replaced. Don't understand why it wasn't tested when replaced. (light number 10)
