Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later
Where the pavement, say, from Kennet Road reaches Lindsay Drive, the road is low and there is regularly a 'pond' there not helped, no disrespect, by the presence of a dropped kerb, which means the 'pond' extends on to the pavement and is thus even bigger than it would be otherwise. Can the surface be raised and/or a grid put in?
