New LED street light is floodlighting rear of house
Reported in the Street lighting category anonymously at 16:24, Thursday 31 October 2019
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later
New replacement LED (lampost 13) installed in October at the junction of Caldecott Road and Hermitage Road is floodlighting the street side and rear of our house unacceptably. Lighting needs to be reoriented and/or screened so that it lights only the road and roundabout (as the old yellow lighting did).

Ref:00360893 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you
