Lamp not working

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Street light at junction of Scott Close and Burns Crescent not working.
Ref:00360747 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

Still not rectified over 2 weeks later despite receiving notification that it would be dealt with within the statutory 7 days.

Unfortunately, our contractors have gone through a backlog which is causing a bit of delay. i want to confirm this is being worked on so we can come out as soon as possible. i apologise for any inconvenience caused.
