Street light at junction of Scott Close and Burns Crescent not working.

  • Ref:00360747 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

  • Still not rectified over 2 weeks later despite receiving notification that it would be dealt with within the statutory 7 days.

  • Unfortunately, our contractors have gone through a backlog which is causing a bit of delay. i want to confirm this is being worked on so we can come out as soon as possible. i apologise for any inconvenience caused.
