Street lamp on windmill road not working

Street lamp on windmill road at the junction of Corbetts way (on the right hand kerb of windmill road just past the junction) is not working (looks like a blown bulb). The first lamp on Corbetts way is also not working meaning the junction is in complete darkness.

Ref:00360628 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

This light still isn’t repaired and is causing the junction of Corbetts way and windmill road to become dangerous in the dark - when can we expect to have the lamp repaired?
