Its now 2 1/2 months since this was first reported and its still not fixed. The main road is constantly running with water due to the ditch and gulley overflowing, Every time it gets cold this leaves ice on the road. Its an unlit road so how long before there is a nasty accident....
The photos are from today and the water is very evident.

19th January. Gully still blocked and water overflowing onto B4035. The side of the road heading towards Swalcliffe / Banbury) had frozen this morning leaving ice on 1/3rd of the carriage way. The area has not had rain for a few days, but still the water runs down from the spring in the field on the side of Tyne Hill, it then runs from the blocked gulley onto the B4035
