The road from west hanney southmoor has been resurfaced however the road from Steventon to,east hanney has not. Can you please explain why this should be?

The road from west hanney southmoor has been resurfaced however the road from Steventon to,east hanney has not. Can you please explain why this should be as I believe the S to EH road is used a great deal more frequently?

Agree with the original post. This road is a patchwork mess which develops serious potholes every winter. There are areas of subsidence at the Hanney end of the road and the surface through Steventon is a disgrace.

This has not been fixed or commented on. I am still interested to know WHY the road from west hanney to south of has been resurfaced?

I understand that this question was asked originally in December, I just wanted to know why this mistake of judgement could have happened?
