No crosswalk for pedestrians on busy thoroughfare

I work for a company in the business park here - there are multiple companies including the police station, the airport, Elsevior and Thames Water. Not including the new Premiere Inn and restaurant going in down the road. The oxford city bus company decided to end the 2D bus route entirely which dropped off and picked up within the business park. Now many of us have to take a 7 or 500 towards Woodstock which doesn’t turn into the park and stops us off on that very busy road we now have to cross where cars don’t at all have to slow down if they can get round the roundabout. This is incredibly unsafe for pedestrians and that crossing desperately needs a crosswalk of some kind to make drivers aware in the am rush hour. Please advise if this is something that can be addressed.
