28/09/19 following the diversion from Lechalde on St Johns road for resurfacing works on the A417, I was diverted to Little Farringdon road which was a one track road, it also had a diversion for both ways of traffic to come through.
We had to drive on grass verges as car passed and the road was littered with potholes, bearing in mind this was a 60mph road and the car in front of me as well as the one behind were all doing 25mph and it still caused this damage.
As you can see it had also been spray painted to be filled and obviously hadn't been, as this was a road for vehicles to come through to avoid the road works, I would of thought this would be on of the many deep potholes to filled.
I know have an alloy wheel that needs straightening, the air put back in the tyre, my tracking redone as its been thrown off by the sheer force of how deep the pothole was and I now will have to do this all with an unpaid day off work as I am self employed which is not great especially at this time of year.
I would appreciate a quick and helpful response to this as it does not seem to be my problem that I should have to pay for and sort out. thank you. I have been given a reference number by highways Gloucester and will also be emailing them to. here is my reference number; 22025620 / Claim 22025623 and will be waiting to hear back from you
