Water coming up through the pavement leading from 30a Park Road, North Leigh (OX29 6RX) and 83 Windmill Road (OX29 6RH) and flowing down pavement into gardens. This happens during heavy rainfall. Drainage pipe underneath pathway (not mains water)'. Hamblins have been out and advised that there is no leak and that it is not mains water but a drain and the it is possibly cracked. , it's a large diameter pipe and the manhole is in a public area. The outlet is 50% blocked as per photos attached to the email below.. Also the manhole looks itself looks like it is need of urgent repair as the brickwork is collapsing.
