Path between Hampden Road and Haven Vale has a hedge encroaching on the path and the path is in a bad state of repair which gets flooded and muddy which forces pedestrians onto the land beside the path to enable safe passage.Reinstatement of the path needs to be a priority as there are reports of people falling over due to the numerous hazards.This has been an issue for many years now.
