This is a daily problem, as is the section of road near the Orchard Centre. No forward thinking when the junction was added. There are roundabouts throughout Didcot, but they built a huge new estate and put traffic lights there !! Same with the Orchard Centre.

Something seriously needs to be done about the GWP junction. In the evenings the traffic is jammed from this junction to the Milton interchange in one direction, and almost as far as the Orchard Centre in the other. This one set of lights is jamming up the whole of Didcot ! Is anything going to be done about this ??

I believe it’s because they keep changing the timings on the lights at Great Western because people obviously moan that they don’t get out of the estate in the first set of lights, but because the lorries take longer to accelerate and the gap is not long enough it causes the traffic to back right up.

Is anything being done about this ? Are there any plans to try an alleviate the traffic in Didcot ?
