Pothole around manhole and water meters

Reported in the Pothole category anonymously at 16:21, Thursday 17 October 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later

After replacing a water meter and associated valves the ground has settled leaving a depression and raised edges. Thames Water have said that their work was too long ago for them to be responsible and that is now the Highways Authority who are responsible. The depression is at the entrance to a Primary School and represents a significant trip hazard. With the darker evenings the risk of potential injury will only increase.
