To apply for an inspection and planting licence at Brookside, betty lane

After consultation with OCC at County hall they suggest I request from you a planting licence for my 20 year old beech hedge. The hedge is 5ft high and enhances the enviroment and wild life. Is at the end of a no through lane and is not intrude any other person or neighbour

  • Thank you for your enquiry. We are not issuing planting licences at this time, even retrospective ones. Providing the hedge is maintained we will not be taking any action to remove it at this time. Oxfordshire County council remain owners of the land and reserve the right to maintain or remove it as necesssary.
