Just saw bull coming out of hedge into lane. Please can someone get this sorted. How has the farmer not been notified yet!!! Rather frightened when walking dogs. Also rang 101. They are not really interested told me to ring rspca.

I have again telephoned 101 today to say the cattle are still loose. They say it is not their responsibility but OCC's and I said it is the owners and I have contacted OCC by e mail who have not replied. I suggested they get a cattleman to scan the cows. tags in order to trace who owns the cattle. My suggestion was not immediately taken up but they said they would pass my comments to the neighbourhood team. 26 10 2019 10.20am
