Reported in the Street lighting category anonymously at 09:45, Thursday 17 October 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 6 minutes later

This lamp was first reported as broken back in April. There is now a faint flicker from the lamp but still not working. I have called the street lighting team 3 times to get this fixed.

  • Ref:00360299 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

  • My neighbour reported this again today over the lighting fault telephone line. I have tried to be clear as to which lamp this is. It is between houses 87 and 89. These houses do not move.... we have been waiting months for this to be fixed
