Drains blocked Lechlade Road

Reported by Christine Tinson at 22:58, Tue 15 October 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council 2 minutes later

Every time it rains the drains flood at 1/3 The Elms, despite us clearing around the drains it floods the whole width of the road. The drains are full of silt and require looking at and unlocking please.

  • Engineer came and cleaned drains, however reported that it was an issue near the school where vegetation was growing into the gully and further work was required. As you see from pictures taken today, there is still an issue as the water covers all the road.
