Clogged drains on Wootton-Cumnor road and at the top of Cumnor Hill.

I believe you are responsible for clearing the drains on the Wootton-Cumnor road. Those drains beyond the roundabout going north from Wootton are badly clogged up allowing for flooding on the road. This is particularly dangerous to cyclists. Pedestrians on the pavement are also at risk of being drenched by passing cars. I have no recollection of this important job having been done over the last 3 years so, inevitably, it will keep getting worse unless and until it is attended to. The same problem is present on the 200-metre stretch at the top of Cumnor Hill. Are there any plans to address this? I look forward to your reply

I've said YES because I went for a walk yesterday up to the first problem drain to check this out. I cannot confirm the other drains but will keep a look-out as the rains fall over the next couple of months.
