Weeds growing in gulley drain.

Reported in the Drainage category anonymously at 13:56, Tuesday 15 October 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later

During heavy rain the highway gulley drain directly opposite this property (46 St Johns Road) requires 'prodding' to clear away collected leaves etc and allow water to drain; this I have had to do several times over recent years. Last weekend I realised that weeds are growing inside the drain, at some depth but strongly and thus interfering with the flow of drain water. I suggest that this needs fairly early attention. Other drains in the same area do not appear to be similarly affected.
