Storm drains on both sides of bayswater road blocked. Water is 6" deep at bottom of hill with big issues for all traffic, cars, cyclists, and pedestrians

This happens every time we have significant rainfall. I have tried to rod the drains through, but there is obviously a significant blockage further down the pipe. Maintaining the overflow channel would also prevent this problem on the east side of the road, when the drains do become blocked.

I was also planning to report this. As I cycle along this road twice a day I can confirm it is very difficult to get through some days as the water is so deep. It can be ankle deep when on a bike! Pedestrians are sometimes completely blocked from passing.
