Blocked gully on Fernham Road

Having cleared overnight, the Fernham Road at SN7 7RD is again 75% covered with water to a depth of c5 inches in places, and therefore dangerous to traffic, especially at night. The photos are not good quality, having been taken at 5.00pm. I really think that it is time for a better solution.
