Trench in road has sunk with potholes forming and water running down the road like a stream because the trench diverts water away from the drain. Instead the water pools lower down across the road to a drain on the other side.

This trench has been dropping steadily and potholes are developing. The trench diverts water past a drain instead of into it, and the water then pools across the road to a drain on the other side. There are two main hazards here, the potholes could cause a cyclist to come off their bike especially if invisible due to being filled with water. The water across the road could cause aquplaning especially as it is just before a bend where people brake. Finally, dirty water from the road gets splashed into my driveway almost to the front door and making it near impossible to walk out if my drive when raining without risking getting soaked with dirty water.
