Updates

  • Ref:00359148 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

  • There are now many street lights in Grove that are out None of which have been fixed. The 7 day repair is a joke

  • There are now 2 of the 4 street lights out and one end of the cul de sac has no lights at all. This one has been out for 4 weeks now. One on Main Street took 4 months to repair so little hope of progress.
