Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 3 minutes later

All/most of the kerb drains between Poplar Grove and Cow Lane are blocked with vegetation (been like this for ages). Corrently almopst no water drains into these drains, all the water runs along the road and then into Cow Lane. The vegetation needs clearing out from these kerb drains. Part of the cause is the tarmac when rolled new squidged into the drain a bit, the tarmac outides was rolled/compacted smooth, the tarmac within the drain was nor squidged down, so forms a barrier to water flowing into the drain, so allowing debris to accumilate. Really needs a cold chisel/hammer to chip off the raised tarmac within the drain cover. I think one of the metal covers might be missing (I think between the bus stop and Cow Lane.
