Dangerous entrance/Exit for Vera Wood Close, impossible to see vehicles approaching and need to pull out in front on vehicles.

Reported in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 17:11, Fri 11 October 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later

The entrance to Vera Wood Close, Adderbury is dangerous, when vehicles leave the close you cannot see vehicles coming through the traffic lights due to an obstructing wall, meaning you have to pull out blind and if a on coming vehicle is speeding it nearly results in a collision as they can'y see the entrance until it is too late. Cars often speed to get through the traffic lights before they change. it either needs traffic control, traffic calming measure or the wall moved back. There have been many near misses in the last few months.

  • This is a new development currently under construction. How was the developer ever allowed to move the entrance to this location? Shocking access was ever granted.
