Vegetation obscures street lamp

Reported in the Grass and Hedges category anonymously at 16:28, Fri 11 October 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later

Street lamp number 8 on the walkway between Hyde Place and Bishop Kirk Place is ineffective, because it is overgrown by dense vegetation hanging over from back gardens of houses in Osberton Road. This needs cutting back. Because the walkway is dark and not overlooked, there is a serious safety risk to residents using it, if the street lighting is ineffective. It therefore needs urgent attention.
