Hi Brian many thanks for the update, would it be possible to let me know the street light number from the attached plan, we do not have a 44 but have attend to column 4 and 2 a few times. if you could let me know i can then ensure they go to the correct one and rectify it.

I can check the number at the weekend. If it helps it is the one outside no. 24 St Andrews Close.

Ref:00359044 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

Please note that the street light outside no. 24 St Andrews Close is not working correctly. It would be more sensible to turn it off completely rather than have it flashing randomly or worse strobing at a low frequency.
