Reported anonymously at 13:50, Tue 8 October 2019
Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council 5 minutes later
There are a number of loose kerb stones in the cul de sac in Hereford Way from the junction to the parking space and on to the passage way next to No 21.This is causing a trip hazard for all the residents and need immediate attention before someone is injured. Please investigate & advise on repair timescale. The damage is caused by heavy delivery & refuge vehicles mounting the kerb to access the cul de sac.

Totally back up the previous report of the curb stones raised in the close of 11-31 Hereford Way - I live in that close and today my father who is 75 tripped and fell over the raised curb stone which is on the edge of no 21 (he'd parked at the rear of the properties and walked around to my front door. Luckily (and hopefully) he's just got a sprained wrist from breaking his fall - could have been a lot worst. I note that the faulty curb stones have been marked which hopefully means they will be address. However, please give this your URGENT PRIORITY to get sorted - the next trip/fall may not be so lucky!! - Thank you

Good Afternoon ,I see the status has changed to fixed. On returning home only one has been fixed though it was raining and may be stopped play for the day. Please confirm the remaining kerb stones will be fixed/replaced. Thank you.

Hopefully rain did stop play as these raised kerb stones are a death trap and as prevoiusly reported a family member recently tripped and fell over the raised kerb stone which is on the edge of No 21s front garden.

Good Afternoon , we still have one kerb stone not repaired at the entrance to the cul-d-sac.Again as heavy goods & refuse vehicles enter this is causing further damage.please advise when this will be resolved as it's a potential trip hazard to the residents.thank you
