Overgrown hedge. Everyone has to walk into road as covering so much of the pavement.

Reported in the Grass and Hedges category anonymously at 15:28, Saturday 5 October 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 hour, 1 minute later

Every year the hedge is overgrown and people make a complaint but this year it hasn't been cut back at all and have to walk into road as especially when wet, you get soaked. Past years I have asked nicely but have now given up.
