I see that someone else has previously reported the same issue. It still remains untreated - the pathway remains impassable without going onto Lower Road

The overhanging foliage is still blocking the public pathway adjacent to the highway. Pushchair and wheelchair users would currently be prevented from using this public footpath, without considerable difficulty and issues around safety.

Cutters have now visited and pathway is clear again. Thank you to whichever organisation got the job done.
