Large areas of the pavement stretching from 26 Manor Road to the Queens Public House are damaged and resulting in trip hazards. Areas of previous tarmac are missing as well as uneven surfaces. This is compounded by lying water when it rains meaning these areas are hard to see.

This is an ongoing issue and has been developing over some time. Some of the damage appears to have been caused due to inconsiderate parking by parents of children at Manor School and also rail station commuters. This has caused a number of large vehicles to have to turn round in the vicinity of 26 and 17 Manor Road as they are unable to proceed towards Foxhall Road.
