Street lamp outside number 11 lavender place still not working

I reported two lights not working. One a the bottom of lavender place has been fixed ( car park ) but the lane walk way outside number 11 lavender has not . This is a walk way for parents / children leaving school . We also have several old people who have medical problems. This should be made a priority before someone hurts themselves

  • Ref: 00358377 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

  • The light comes on some nights and NOT other nights . This path is used by elderly people to get to their residence and a school pathway for the collection of children. The path is pitch black and narrow and is a accident waiting to happen . I would appreciate this Light to be fixed for all the elderly residence , some having some seriuos medical issues . Thank You
