The road is very dangerous for pedestrians to cross the road. If the school sign is visible it may warn road users of impending hazards in the road (school children & adults) and hopefully they will slow down accordingly.

  • Thank you for your report. However the sign and the tree are within the school grounds (not Highway land) so it would be the school's responsibility to cut this back. Thank you.

    Good afternoon,

The sign is not on school grounds as it is on the opposite side of the road from the school! The willow over hanging on the left is next to the village pond. The sign in question is on the opposite side of the road next to the village green. I have attached a picture of the school sign I am referring to.

    Many thanks Kirsty
