Roundabout Design Not Working

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later
When approaching Graven Hill on the A41 from Tesco Bicester. We regularly encounter near misses when trying to turn right into Graven Hill. Visitors and guests of ours have also had similar issues. The only way to avoid crashing is by ignoring the existing Road markings for Graven Hill and sticking to the right lane when going around the roundabout. We then make the switch into the left hand lane once we have passed the A41 roundabout exit.

This is a serious issue and someone will get injured soon if the design is not improved, there is not enought time/space to get out of the way of A41 traffic flow and get into the LH lane for Graven Hill, even when there there is only space for one large car meaning anyone else waiting is sticking out into fast moving A road traffic. I have seen this before and the only solution I can think of that may fix this is to Hamburger the roundabout so that GH traffic have a sperate lane across (or through) the roundabout and make the protocol for them a 'right turn on green filter', similar to the Headington roundabout but smaller.
