Contractors using restricted bridleway as access and speeding

Reported anonymously at 08:59, Friday 20 September 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council 2 minutes later

Contractors working on the Reservoir near hagbourne farm are using the restricted bridleway as access and driving at speed along it with no regards for pedestrians or cyclists. This route is a designated cycle route and they should not be using it as access instead of the tarmac route going past hagbourne farm. I had to move out of the way or face injury as 2 vehicles sped towards me kicking up large plumes of dust and beeping their horns. One was a Mitsubishi truck , the other a Renault or Vauxhall van
