Directional Road sign to Hanwell village on B4100 missing for months...

Reported in the Road Traffic Signs and Road Markings category anonymously at 17:29, Thursday 19 September 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later

Directional Road Sign to Hanwell village, on B4100 Warwick Road (opposite main road into Hanwell village), complete with poles, has been missing for at least 6 months now. It has I know been reported by other residents several times but no action has been taken. This is a de-restricted highway (60mph) and drivers not familiar with it are even overtaking at speed at this junction because it is almost invisible when coming into Banbury from the north. It is a hazardous cross roads junction at the best of times and I am appalled that OCC cannot fix this issue. Couple of poles, one new sign? How hard is that? Please fix! AJ
