Overgrown hedge at Cholsey end of Wallingford Road
Reported in the Grass and Hedges category anonymously at 14:31, Wednesday 18 September 2019
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 5 minutes later
The hedge is so overgrown that mothers with pushchairs and cyclists can barely pass without getting scratched. I have just seen a lady with a pushchair and a newborn strapped to her front cutting the hedge back herself. This cannot be right. At the other end of the road, where there was recently work done to relocate a gas main, the hedge has been cut back. This path was resurfaced about two years ago and designated as suitable for pedestrians and cyclists but at present the village end is neither.
