Foliage on tree needs to be cut back as it impairs visibility of oncoming cars.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later
As you approach the bridge from Highworth and look up to see if cars are coming down the hill from Shrivenham, the foliage on the lower section of a large tree prevents drivers from seeing cars coming DOWN the hill from the Shrivenham side from farther up the hill. Unless the lower foliage is cut back, you do not have a clear line of sight from farther up the hill, and there is every chance of an accident or snafu on the bridge.

You indicated you cannot identify the specific location and tree. You asked for a photo. While I don't exactly know how to take a photo as I am driving by and there is no place to stop, I can definitely tell you where to find this tree. Just cross the bridge right where you have an X on the map. Stop where the side of the bridge has been damaged for over a year (probably because a car (or cars) could not see oncoming vehicles). Then just look at the only big tree in the only open field. That is the tree.
