Raised iron works in pavement left by Thames water

Thames water conducted works on our roads several weeks ago, this left raised iron works in the pavement the length of our street. These were left with cones covering them. Several weeks have past and no action has been taken to make safe these trip hazards. I am also concerned about damage to tyres as one sits directly at the top of our driveway.
