Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council 5 minutes later
There is a raised pavement and tree in the centre of Tern Walk and there used to be a wooden bollard adjacent to the tree and drain cover, see attached picture. This prevented vehicles from travelling the entire length of the street. Tern Walk connects Plover Drive and Acacia Avenue. The bollard was vandalised and then subsequently removed completely. It needs to be replaced ideally with a concrete bollard as vehicles including delivery vans are driving through the street at high speed. The street is not designed for this and vehicles have to partially mount the pavement. Could you kindly re-install the bollard. Thanks.
