Over hanging /over grown trees and hedges

Reported in the Grass and Hedges category anonymously at 21:45, Thursday 12 September 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 6 minutes later

On the footpath between Stanton Harcourt Rd and Wadards Meadow there is significant vegetarian of trees and hedges, many are hawthorn, at and below eye level-making it difficult to walk through without stooping in some parts as this is only 4ft from the ground clearance, and having to protect your eyes from low lying branches etc. At night/in the dark, it is not safe to walk through with such low level over grown vegetation.
