Parking restrictions to be instated on the B4030 through Church Enstone

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 5 minutes later
There is an urgent need for parking restrictions, double yellow lines, to be instated on the B4030 through Church Enstone. Due to the narrow nature of the road and small road up to the Church from the Crown, with such excessively residents parking the roads are dangerous - an emergency vehicle would struggle to pass. Not sure how the bin lorry gets access?? The paths up to the church are not accessible due to the number of residents cars parked over 70% of the pavement width. This is anti social behaviour but most significantly a major risk that must be mitigate with parking restriction. The main road is particularly dangerous due to the nature of the road and the volume of residents parking directly on the road, obstructing the flow of traffic. It is an accident hot spot, not improved by the ill placed calming measure. Please review urgently.
