Steps from top of Hoggrove Hill re-tarmacked incorrectly and now is too full

Reported in the Pavements category anonymously at 15:24, Monday 9 September 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later

Thames Water spent two or three occasions over the last few years, ostensibly to identify the source of a water leak. On each occasion they vandalised the surrounding borders by leaving behind bitumen and concrete. On each occasion they 'iced' a particular step with bitumen. That step is no longer flat. It means that even in summer, it is not possible to tread flat on it; in winter it is perilously icy. Please get Thames Water and their operatives to put the step back to normal usage. And to retrieve the bitumen and concrete from their previous excavations and dispose of responsibly.
