Permanant traffic lights have been installed and mop are saying that its right outside their house and they have no privacy because when comin out of the house as the que is there.

  • Still unsettled If nothing to be done know crossing permanent Workman apologetic but not their decision Needs a solution House owner needs a fence or a screen to prevent her home being a upsetting experience for rest of her life Nearing 80years of age built house with husband 50and more years ago Then school was built so had noise and litter from pupils all this time now feels really hard done by with having crossing and permanent Traffic lights Waiting traffic looks in to her lounge and garden No privacy even to access her front garden and main front door Needs a fence on outside front wall to screen her home Has invited Banbury Guardian to view and give her story to

  • Thank you for your report. The traffic lights were installed as part of an agreement with the RATS team and the developers. The lights are on the A422, of which, there are no frontage to properties. The lights will enable residents and children to cross a busy A road safely. I have not seen any ques in this location and use this road daily.

  • Your reply about no lines of traffic is ridiculous Get here at correct times and you will see Not up for someone in your employ to judge Early mornings and school leaving time are worst even now at Six am heavy lorries and early morning workers constant noise and school children being delivered by car Not asking for the moon just a screen for my windows and front door and garden at 80 years of age I must have something

  • Still fail to see what the idiot who claim s to use road frequently and not seen queuing traffic obviously not about in early mornings or weekend s or school drop off s in morning s or afternoon traffic picking children up from school Right outside my frontage You built school at the side of my home dug wrong entrance to estate took years to rectify that mistake Now Traffic lights and crossing practically on my front garden At eighty I need my frontage sheild ing from children and traffic Sure a solution can be reached without to much acrimonious public debate

  • Friday the 4th of October still nothing resolved or even courtesy of acknowledgement Bad on your part Yesterday morning during main arrival time for on foot children arriving A Teacher was stationed out side my lounge windows preventing the pupils using the crossing Whatever reason They were being prevented from crossing Emphasising my point of the unnecessary point of the damm thing Please acknowledge my query of why it s there in the first place ,

  • This is on the 4thof October all children going to school car doors slamming kids and parents shouting cars galore Yesterday a teacher was stationed outside my house prevent children from using the crossings? Today not one child hiss attempted to use the crossing as it ob intended Someone messed up somewhere Doesent solve my objection as regards privacy All the residents now up in arms One owner put her bungalow up for sale as kids have got worse the behaviour is vile from lots of them MOVE BACKSIDES and either tackle privacy and cars all on our estate pupils need tackling also WE WANT RESPECT and car and pupils removed SCHOOL GATES opened not closed to pass problems on to EDUCATION AUTHORITIES P A Reed

  • Not fixed nothing done only your men have tried to fix more times than I can count Still nothing done only appears to be a pelican crossing kids don't use Indeed Teachers stand at side of road directing children away from Over Christmas there has been a out of order sign put there by latest crew to attend just take it away no use or need to anybody P A Reed 45Trinity Close
