Failed join in road - long series of holes approaching Brighthampton on B4449

I think this is where a join from a patched edge of the road has failed. There's a long series of holes (almost making a channel along the road), about 50cm in from the edge of the road. This is on the North side of the road (ie. heading towards Brighthampton), just before the entrance to the 3Ts watersports club.

When cycling between Cote and Brighhampton, I have to move to the right of holes because they are for such a long distance along the road, that I don't want to be trapped between the verge and the holes. This puts me right in the middle of the lane, in conflict with drivers wanting to overtake.
