One branch has rotted and broken. Another part has fallen and is only supported by some lower branches. The trunk shows signs of disease

  • This has now been 5 months since I reported that this tree looks unsafe. I have had no response. Can you please confirm that if the tree or parts of it fall and cause injury or damage that you are responsible as you have been made aware and it is your responsibility.
