Street light not working

Street light on path between Long Close and Bushey Close, Botley has not been working for approx 3 weeks. Only one number visible on lamppost which is 9. Other number can’t be seen. Can you please fix this. Many thanks, no 7 Long Close.

Ref:00357697 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

The streetlight referred to above has not been fixed. Additional location information which may help you to find the right lampost: it is located in the first footpath on the right past the turning to Long Close(also on the right). Can you please have another look. Thanks.
